Job summary

Archer in San Jose, California, seeks a Warehousing Manager to lead and scale our warehouse operations across Archer facilities and partner sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective handling of aircraft parts, batteries, and high-value gear.

You will build and coach a 30+ person team, drive inventory accuracy, and own SOX audits, cycle counts, and performance KPIs while collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Flight Test to support rapid production and testing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years warehousing, logistics, or supply-chain operations.
• Experience standing up and operating internal and external warehousing programs.
• Strong working knowledge of building / fire codes and hazmat storage requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proven ability to run complex, high-volume warehousing operations in a fast-moving manufacturing or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations across Archer facilities and third-party warehouses.
• Lead a team of 30+ contractors and full-time employees.
• Ensure aircraft parts, batteries, tooling, flight hardware, and high-value materials are received, stored, controlled, and issued with precision and reliability.
• Build and lead warehouse teams with safety, quality, and operational discipline.
• Maintain organized warehouse environments supporting fast-moving production and flight-test programs.
• Lead SOX audits and quarterly cycle counts.
