Qualifikationen

• 15+ years with management within the Real Asset Scope (project finance and asset-based finance).
• 8+ years of managerial experience supervising 4+ people.
• Broad knowledge of risks in Energy, Infrastructure, Trade Commodity Finance and Real Estate.
• Current knowledge of US markets and regulatory practices.
• Strong analytical and credit judgement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Supervisory responsibility for the Real Assets team including recruitment, training and day-to-day management of team members.
• Ensure that credit risks originated and managed by the Real Assets team are properly assessed and monitored.
• Contribute to the bank's credit policy guidelines and risk appetite.
• Identify emerging risks with the business to mitigate risk.
• Stay aware of regulatory developments and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in projects to enhance governance and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in New Product Committees to assess credit risks for new initiatives.
• Foster a strong partnership with the business.
