Job summary

The CSP Group in Missouri is seeking its first Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement to architect a best-in-class operational excellence program across the organization. You will design the strategy, systems, metrics, and culture from the ground up, leading cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining a practical, commercially minded approach.

This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to translate world-class manufacturing

Qualifications

• Hands-on, strategic manufacturing leader to build an enterprise-wide Quality & CI program.
• Experience designing and implementing quality systems and continuous-improvement platforms.
• Experience in a world-class manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Quality Program with scalable systems and metrics.
• Lead enterprise-wide improvement with cross-functional collaboration.
• Build capability and culture of improvement throughout the company.
• Develop a multiyear roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Prepare organization for future certifications or regulatory needs.
