CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking a data-driven professional to lead agency-wide quality improvement initiatives, build performance dashboards, and analyze clinical, operational, workforce, and financial data to inform decisions.

You will oversee data integrity, reporting capabilities, and EHR reporting, presenting findings to executives, program teams, and grantors; 3–5 years BI/QI experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's in Information Management, IT, Statistics, Public or Business Admin or related field. Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years' work in information management, performance improvement or QI reporting.
• Experience with BI reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL/HTML or coding preferred.

• Lead agency-wide quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for measurable improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reports for leaders to monitor performance.

What you can expect to do

• Lead agency-wide quality improvement initiatives, helping teams identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and turn ideas into measurable improvements.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports that help leaders understand how we're doing and where we can do better.
• Analyze clinical, operational, workforce, financial, and quality data to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform organizational decisions.
• Lead CenterPointe's CCBHC outcome measurement and evaluation efforts, ensuring we track, report, and use the data that matters most.
• Oversee the integrity and effectiveness of our data systems and EHR reporting capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate reporting, and make data more accessible.
• Prepare and present performance findings and reports for executive leadership, program teams, board committees, grantors, and regulatory entities.

Qualifications: WHAT YOU HAVE

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Information Technology, Statistics, Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' work experience in information management, performance improvement and/or Quality Improvement (QI) reporting and analysis.
• Experience and demonstrated ability in Business Intelligence (BI) and Quality Improvement (QI) reporting and analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, or other coding is preferred.

Required:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid NE driver's license with clean DMV record
