Job summary

Körber USA is seeking a Director of Quality and EHS to lead our quality, environmental, health, and safety programs. You’ll own the QMS, drive ISO compliance, and partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams to elevate product and process quality.

You will develop a high-performing Quality & EHS organization, implement continuous improvement, and serve as the primary liaison for audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, CSP) highly desirable.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in quality and EHS management with ISO standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in obtaining and maintaining ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Körber USA Quality Vision and Mission.
• Plan and execute initiatives to meet or surpass quality KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and enforcement of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO compliance.
• Lead and develop the Quality department and team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to improve quality and service.
