Job summary

WE Soda is seeking a Quality & EHS Director to lead Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance across its U.S. operations, including Westvaco sites and Granger Plant.

This role emphasizes safety as a non‑negotiable priority and requires strategic leadership. You will own HS management systems, drive ISO 45001, QA/QC programs, regulatory compliance with MSHA/OSHA, and build high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 10+ years of senior HS, Quality, or Environmental leadership experience.
• Hands‑on safety culture development and cross‑functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead HS, Quality, and Environmental governance across U.S. operations.
• Develop and maintain ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 plans and audits.
• Ensure MSHA/OSHA compliance and regulatory readiness across sites.
• Build high‑performing HS, Quality, and Environmental teams.
