Job summary

PairSoft is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to join our distributed, agile development teams across Development, Product Analyst and DevOps. You will drive test planning, automation improvements, and validation procedures to increase testing efficiency and coverage, while mentoring peers and delivering high-quality software to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in API test automation.
Database skills, mainly in SQL Server.
Experience of automation testing tool - Selenium.
Relevant work experience in development and/or testing role and programming background.
Good experience with different Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

Lead test planning, test documentation, reporting and design and implementation of validation procedures.
Partner with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability.
Implement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products
Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover recurrences
Work with engineers and leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution
Knowledge of QA process with exposure to industry based process improvement techniques
Demonstrated leadership capability with a vision of what and how to make things happen
Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the development process
