SoundThinking, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Public Safety Solutions to drive growth for the SafetySmart platform across police departments, sheriff's offices, 911 centers, and related public-sector buyers nationwide.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales, you will lead a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, set the strategy, standards, and culture, and build a high-performance, mission-driven organization with deep public-safety domain expertise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, public sector technology, security technology, or public safety technology.
• 7+ years leading regional or national sales teams with meaningful revenue accountability.
• A track record of success selling into government, law enforcement, or public-sector environments, including complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.

Responsabilités

• Revenue Growth & Market Expansion across federal, state, local, and adjacent government markets.
• Own bookings, recurring revenue growth, renewals, and pipeline performance across the Public Safety business.
• Lead the shift from single-product selling to full SafetySmart platform adoption across multiple products.
