• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, public sector technology, security technology, or public safety technology.
• 7+ years leading regional or national sales teams with meaningful revenue accountability.
• Track record of selling into government, law enforcement, or public-sector environments with complex procurement cycles.
• Strong forecasting discipline and executive presence; passion for the public safety mission.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, recurring revenue growth, renewals, and pipeline performance across the Public Safety business.
• Define and execute the sales strategy for the Public Safety solution set; maintain disciplined sales methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted senior advisor to chiefs, sheriffs, commissioners, and city/county leaders; sponsor strategic opportunities and executive-level relationships.
• Lead ecosystem selling and platform adoption, growing multi-solution engagement and building a bench of future leaders.
