Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from start to close.
• Prepare scope of work, budgets, milestones, and risk management with clients.
• Define resources, solicit proposals, evaluate bids, and select resources.
• Ensure governance and data integrity, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead the project delivery team and develop action plans to meet objectives.
