Job summary

Braven is seeking a Head of Program Design to own the evolution, quality, and integrity of Braven's program experiences. You will lead the Design team within the Product group, translating Braven’s research into pedagogically sound assets deliverable at scale across campuses.

You’ll ensure staff understand what and why they teach, balancing human-centered design with scalability. You will build and refresh assets, pilot new resources, and partner with Research and Operations to ensure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing clear, engaging learning experiences.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team toward outcomes.
• BS/BA required.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and scale Braven's program experiences from Accelerator to post-graduation support.
• Define quality and integrity standards for program experiences grounded in adult learning science.
• Prepare staff and volunteers to facilitate with confidence and fidelity.
• Lead the Design team and contribute to cross-functional decisions on program strategy.
