Job summary

Braven is hiring a Director of Transformation and Strategy to lead the Office of the CEO in launching pilots, building scalable program models, and driving data-informed decisions across partner sites.

You will work across universities, employers, and internal teams to define the operating model, measure impact, and ensure sustainable growth in Braven’s mission to expand student opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Braven's multi-year strategy for key pilots.
• Launch pilots and build scalable program frameworks across sites.
• Define consistent pilot contexts while adapting to local needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a true partner.
• Create project plans with timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, materials, and follow-up.
• Debrief programs and feed learnings into future designs.
