Welltech, a global wellness technology company, seeks a Product Manager to own shared capabilities powering YogaGo, Muscle Booster and WalkFit on a new shared tech stack. You will drive onboarding, personalization, content discovery, and activation for a fast-scaling app portfolio.

Reporting to the CPO, you will shape development, lead a small team, partner with marketing and engineering, and run experiments to boost activation, engagement, and retention in a high-velocity environment.

Competenze

• Proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products.
• Experience working with performance marketing to align product with marketing.
• Shipping features that measurably move activation, engagement, or retention.
• People leadership experience with product managers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment with marketing and engineering.
• Comfort with AI tools to prototype concepts with minimal engineering.
• Experience in scale-up or startup environments with fast pace and metrics.

• Define shared capabilities like welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization as reusable foundations.
• Design and run experiments focused on activation and reactivation.

• Grow and mentor a small product team and collaborate with marketing and engineering leadership.
• Prototype ideas yourself, using AI-assisted approaches when helpful.
