Welltech is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own acquisition funnels, run high-impact experiments, and drive sustainable growth for one of our wellness apps. You will combine experimentation, commercial judgment, and user insights to optimize conversion, ARPU and lifetime value at scale.

You will work with design, engineering, analytics, content and product teams to design innovative funnel architectures, pricing experiments, and personalized experiences while applying rigorous statistical

Formación

• 5+ years of Growth, Product, Product Marketing, or CRO/Experimentation roles.
• Advanced experimentation and A/B testing expertise.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Understanding of UX, audience psychology and conversion optimization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Creative, innovative mindset and English proficiency at least B2+.

Responsabilidades

• Own the acquisition funnels performance and experimentation roadmap.
• Independently tackle growth challenges and translate to actionable hypotheses.
• Design and lead experiments in pricing, personalization, monetisation, and funnel architectures.
• Uncover root causes, size opportunities, and assess impact on downstream monetisation and LTV.
• Develop innovative funnel concepts beyond templates leveraging user research and trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with design, engineering, analytics, acquisition and product teams.
• Apply rigorous experimentation methodology and statistical judgment.
• Translate results into strategic insights for future growth.
• Build coherent acquisition experiences aligning ads, messaging, monetisation, and product value.
• Leverage AI/automation to speed research, ideation and experimentation.
