Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering problem-solving experience including root-cause analysis and DFM.
• Experience prototyping, running user tests, and evaluating form factor and ergonomics.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to present to all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from ideation through mass production and launch.
• Act as hands-on engineer to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve engineering problems.
• Own engineering and quality documentation: requirements, BOMs, test plans and reports, change records.
