Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a strategic product management leader for Energy and Industrial Automation (EIA) to accelerate revenue growth across mega-trends such as Energy Transition, Data Centers, and Industrial Digitalization. The role reports to the VP of Product Management and partners with the EIA General Manager.

You will drive program enhancements, identify growth opportunities, advance standards, and collaborate across COU, Strategy, Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in the field with 5+ years of leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Testing, Inspection, Certification markets in EIA.
• Cross-functional go-to-market experience.
• Experience with complex customer interactions, products, services and pricing.
• Global experience and leadership in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Enhance program elements of multi-line products and services spanning multiple lines of business.
• Identify growth opportunities within EIA scope of product and service offerings.
• Advance standards development and lab capabilities; support COU leadership in maintaining market relevance.
• Increase market share and net promoter score across the service portfolio.
• Collaborate with COU Leadership, PE, Sales and Operations to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Work with COU Product Management leaders across Industrial - TIC segment.
• Champion an engaged and inclusive work environment for UL employees with a winning culture.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of customers and competition.
• Maintain overview of market trends and developments.
• Lead projects to address gaps across the service portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a product/service management playbook.
• Collaborate to drive aligned strategy focusing on growth.
