Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking an Industry Product Director to own industry strategy, pricing, and expansion across a major market. You will drive the AI-enabled workflow portfolio and coordinate PM Builders, GTM teams, and delivery to deliver market-leading outcomes.

The role requires extensive senior product leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of translating industry needs into a scalable product roadmap with strong P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in product or portfolio leadership in software or SaaS, with a Bachelor's or 8+ years with a Master's; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience owning industry strategy and P&L outcomes with executive presence and customer-facing credibility.
• Proven people-management experience at scale, leading a team of PM Builders.
• Ability to set pricing, packaging, and commercial play strategy with PMM and drive margin and mix.

Responsibilities

• Define the industry strategy and growth thesis.
• Own the integrated roadmap, prioritizing AI, automation, and analytics use cases.
• Shape packaging and pricing, and lead go-to-market strategies across the industry.
• Lead customer councils and market feedback loops at the executive level.
