Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Services, Support, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience as Solutions Architect either IC or leader.
• Ability to visualize, capture information, and analyze data to manage risk.
• Ability to tailor communication to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a team of Product Solutions Engineers.
• Foster collaborative culture focused on customer success.
• Define PSE craft and excellence with cross-functional partners.
• Coach engineers as technical advisors and solution consultants.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, services, support and marketing.
• Identify opportunities to scale team impact.
• Build internal relationships with Sales, Launch, Product.
• Own initiatives to develop craft and performance.
• Provide regular feedback and mentorship.
