Qualifications

Experience leading Product Security or Application Security engineers at a growing tech company.
Strong engineering background with deep expertise in modern application security and cloud-native architectures.
Track record delivering security improvements through engineering, automation, and partnerships with development teams.
Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineers with clear ownership.
Ability to translate security goals into focused team priorities and measurable results.
Sound technical judgment and credibility with senior engineers and cross-functional partners.
