Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Security, you’ll hire and mentor engineers, own defined security domains, and partner with product and platform teams to implement secure-by-default practices across Harvey's production surface.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Product Security or Application Security engineers.
• Strong background in modern application security and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record delivering security improvements through engineering and automation.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineers.

Responsibilities

• Translate security strategy into focused priorities for your team.
• Hire, develop, and lead Product Security Engineers, establishing clear ownership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security to align security investments with business priorities.
• Lead architecture reviews, threat modeling, and remediation efforts.
