Harvey is building AI-native software for professional services, embedding security across the engineering org. You will lead a team of Product Security Engineers, translating security strategy into focused priorities and measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Security, you’ll hire, mentor, and align security investments with the platform’s architecture and engineering roadmap, ensuring secure development at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Product Security or Application Security engineers at a growing technology company.
• Strong engineering background with deep expertise in modern application security.
• Track record delivering security improvements through engineering, automation, and partnerships with development teams.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineers with clear ownership.
• Ability to translate broad security goals into focused team priorities and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Security Engineers and set clear ownership within the team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security to align security with business priorities.
• Provide technical direction on architecture reviews, threat modeling, and remediation.
• Scale impact through automation and secure-by-default patterns, improving standards and practices.
