Harvey is building AI-native software for professional services, embedding security as we scale. As a leader on the Product Security team, you will shape the product security roadmap and lead engineers to deliver secure development across Harvey.

You’ll partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, and security to align security investments with business priorities, owning planning, prioritization, and delivery for your team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Security engineers.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and platform teams.
• Ability to translate security strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead Product Security Engineers.
• Define ownership and partner with engineering counterparts.
• Provide technical direction on architecture reviews, threat modeling, and remediation.
