You will join as a founding team member, shaping architecture, and shipping production-grade execution environments with robust containment and data protections. You will lead design through rollout, collaborating with security, infrastructure, and product teams while balancing performance, reliability, and cost.

Qualifications

• 10+ years developing and running production software.
• Strong software engineering skills in Go, Rust, Python, or C++ with Linux, networking, and containers.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for secure agent execution across Security, Infrastructure, and Product Engineering.
• Design, build, and operate a platform for security agents to discover and validate vulnerabilities within authorized targets.
• Build reusable controls for agent tool use, code execution, network and filesystem access, and workload lifecycle.
• Partner with product sandbox and internal agent platform teams to implement protections and integrate security capabilities.
• Enable internal use of open-source models with protections around model serving and data handling.
• Develop adversarial tests and telemetry to verify containment and surface failures.
• Lead delivery, mentor engineers, and balance security with reliability and cost.
