Dagster Labs is seeking a Director of Product to unify three products into a coherent portfolio. You will build discovery and validation practices and coach engineers in product thinking. You will join as a team of one within an engineering-led company and report to the Head of Engineering.

You will collaborate with engineering directors to align product roadmaps with the company vision and define success metrics post-launch with rigorous validation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product with leadership experience.
• Experience leading across multi-team roadmaps and prioritization.
