Left Field Labs is seeking a passionate, results‑driven Director of Business Operations to lead the Products & Platforms pod. You will define the production vision, roadmap, and delivery standards for complex digital products, working with strategists, designers, and platform engineers to bring ambitious tech solutions from concept to launch.

You will oversee the day‑to‑day execution, ensure operational excellence, profitable growth, and strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of digital production or program management within a digital agency, product design studio, or consultancy.
• 3+ years of direct management experience leading cross-functional project teams (designers, engineers, strategists).
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar P&L for a product/design pod.
• Experience co-leading pitch processes, authoring complex SOWs, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, platform architectures, and CI/CD.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a pragmatic leadership style.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the P&L and profitability across the Products & Platforms pod, including revenue forecasting and margins.
• Lead pitch processes, translate client ambitions into platform build strategies, and define delivery approaches.
• Author, review, and finalize SOWs, master service agreements, and technical roadmaps.
• Build executive credibility in client pitches and steering committees.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain highly skilled production talent.
• Track real-time project health metrics and mitigate risks to maintain delivery commitments.
