Zearch Ltd is seeking an operations leader to own onboarding, integrations and support, driving scale through AI-powered automation. You will run the onboarding operation end-to-end, guide API-first deployments, and push for production-ready automation across the partner network.

The role focuses on removing manual work, delivering fast live-connects, and expanding into ERP integrations and post-sale support as the company scales in AI-forward, B2B SaaS and fintech contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading an implementation, onboarding, integrations or support operation, and owning its numbers.
• Hands-on building: tooling, automation or AI workflows you’ve personally created in the last six months.
• A track record of driving automation adoption in a team that resisted it.
• People you’ve grown into leads who would vouch for you.
• Experience delivering production-critical projects that depended on parties outside your control.
• Experience managing contractors or outsourced teams to quality and cost targets.
• A background in high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, logistics tech or AI-first companies.
• Experience at an AI-native or API-first business is a strong plus

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding operation and the scorecard behind it: throughput, time to live, quality and cost
• Run onboarding using the company’s AI tooling, pushing automation as far as it can go before adding headcount
• Build your own workflows, scripts and AI tools to remove manual steps, and feed requirements back to Product
• Drive adoption of new automation across the team, including people who are used to doing it the old way
• Deliver multi-party, production-critical go-lives involving customers, their trading partners and ERP vendors
• Manage contractors and external partners to clear standards on quality and cost
• Grow team members into leads, building a bench that can run each phase of the operation
• Expand the remit into ERP integrations and customer support as the operation matures

Zearch is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, AI forward, Supply chain Integration software company to appoint a Head of Operations for Onboarding, Integrations and Support.

The business is replacing decades-old trading-partner infrastructure with a single API and an AI platform that reads partner requirements and builds the integrations itself. Leading VCs and a major strategic investor back the company, and it recently closed its Series C. Revenue has doubled year on year for several years. Customers are signing faster than they can be connected, and that’s the problem this role exists to solve.

The opportunity

You’ll run the operations that takes every customer live, handling hundreds of new trading-partner connections each month. The role starts with onboarding, then grows into ERP integrations and support, building toward full post-sale operations leadership.

You’ll be measured on how much manual work you remove, not on how big your team gets. Product builds the AI agents. You run them in production, act as their toughest internal customer, and send back what doesn’t work. Where it once took a customer months to go live, it now takes days, and your job is to make that the norm at scale.
