Job summary

Salesforce, the Customer Company, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Lead to guide a team of marketers in shaping differentiated messaging for our AI+ Data+CRM products. You will own go-to-market assets, orchestrate product launches, and partner with Sales and Product to enable growth.

You will craft compelling narratives, produce demos and content, and enable sales with scalable programs and training. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing or related roles.
• Experience leading a marketing team and building messaging for SaaS products.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to translate initiatives into compelling marketing programs and assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of product marketers.
• Define a clear, differentiated, customer-centric narrative, value props, positioning, and messaging.
• Drive the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, demos, webinars, blogs, and case studies to drive differentiated messages.
• Transform and operationalize internal and external marketing communications.
• Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams and drive always-on sales plays and programs.
• Translate marketing initiatives into actionable programs to drive growth.
• Partner with sales to develop marketing solutions that fuel the pipeline and close deals.
• Partner with product teams to shape differentiated product investments that drive innovation.
• Build the core value proposition and selling points with input from product management, sales leadership, field marketing, and customer insights teams.
• Lead product launch plans and develop effective sales training materials.
• Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
