Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Head of Product, Interfaces to design the network that powers Dashboard, Mobile, Command, and API/MCP. This hands-on leadership role reports to the VP of Product and centers AI to remove real work and provide dependable experiences for money.

You will set direction for Interfaces, lead and develop the PM team, shape Mercury’s AI experience, and align core product experiences across surfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct product management experience, with 5+ years leading product managers.
• Proven track record of shipping product.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction for Interfaces across Dashboard, Mobile, Command, and API/MCP.
• Lead and develop the PM team with clear ownership and coaching.
• Shape Mercury’s AI experience by turning new AI capabilities into useful products.
• Improve the core product experience for easier finances across devices and workflows.
• Build shared capabilities like navigation, tasks, notifications, and agent interactions.
• Ensure quality through collaboration with engineering, design, data, and research.
• Design for customer control with clear permissions and inspectable progress.
