Mercury seeks a Head of Product, Interfaces to design and own the experience across Dashboard, Mobile, Command, API and MCP. You’ll set direction, lead the PMs, and build shared capabilities such as navigation, tasks, notifications, and agent interactions.

AI is central to the role: turn new AI capabilities into useful products that help customers complete financial work, while staying close to customers and shipped quality.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of direct product management experience
• 5+ years leading product managers including hiring, coaching and org design
• Experience leading PMs across multiple teams or broad product areas
• Excellent product judgment and strong sense of design quality
• Substantial practical experience with AI products; able to discuss what you built and what changed
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction and a sequence of releases
• Strong technical judgment and ability to work with engineers on complex decisions
• Experience aligning teams around shared capabilities while staying responsive to different needs
• Clear communication and ability to explain tradeoffs and challenge assumptions
• A habit of using customer conversations and evidence to improve decisions
• Willingness to own the full outcome, including work outside a narrow remit
• High personal standards and a direct approach to helping others improve

• Set the product direction for Interfaces across Dashboard, Mobile, Command, and API/MCP
• Lead and develop the PM team with clear ownership and strong hiring
• Shape Mercury’s AI experience by turning capabilities into useful products
• Improve the core product experience making finances clearer and more actionable
• Build shared foundations such as navigation, tasks, notifications, and agent interactions
• Ensure quality by collaborating with – engineering, design, data and research partners
• Design for customer control with clear permissions and inspectable progress
• Connect Mercury’s portfolio by integrating banking, Spend, Books, Payroll, and other products
