Mercury is seeking a hands-on Head of Product, Interfaces to design the cross-surface experience that connects Dashboard, Mobile, Command, and API/MCP. You will lead the PM team, shape the AI-powered product strategy, and work with engineering, design, data, and research to ship high-impact features while staying close to customers and outcomes.

You will own the product direction, balance tradeoffs, and build shared capabilities that empower Mercury teams to deliver thoughtful financial software

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of direct product management experience, with 5+ years leading product managers
• Track record of shipping products customers value with clear decision history
• Experience leading PMs across multiple teams or broad product area
• Excellent product judgment and strong design quality
• Substantial practical experience with AI products and applying learnings

• Set the product direction for Interfaces across Dashboard, Mobile, Command, and API/MCP
• Lead and develop the PM team; build ownership and coach product judgment
• Shape Mercury’s AI experience and turn new AI capabilities into useful products
• Improve core product experience for clarity and cross-device workflows
• Build shared capabilities like navigation, tasks, notifications, and agent interactions
• Ensure quality through collaboration with engineering, design, data, and research
• Design for customer control with clear permissions and inspectable outcomes
• Coordinate with teams across Mercury to bring capabilities into shared experiences
• Own tradeoffs between customer needs, new opportunities, and platform investments
