Job summary

PHIL Inc. seeks a Head of Product - Integrations to lead and scale our external integrations and partnerships. You will define requirements, evaluate providers, and craft a roadmap aligning business strategy with product outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive impact, maintain quality, and deliver rapid wins with long‑term scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years turning strategy into clear requirements.
• Healthcare experience, ideally pharmacy operations and EHR/payments integrations.
• Proven ability to define and drive product strategy in regulated domains.
• Strong data mindset with KPI and SLA focus.
• Technical systems literacy and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to influence C-suite on product strategy and prioritization.
• Passion for patient care through scalable system design.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the integrations roadmap across EHRs, payers, and third-party providers.
• Benchmark against best practices and design best-in-class services.
• Improve quality and speed through optimized platform capabilities.
• Develop platform capabilities for expanded therapeutic categories.
• Set success metrics and align roadmap to measurable outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate third-party systems to stay ahead.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial.
• Lead discovery and user research to identify top value opportunities.
• Mentor team and elevate product capability with strategic rigor.
