Job summary

Helix Earth in Houston, TX is seeking a Head of Product to own the product-management system end-to-end for our commercial HVAC line, acting as a bridge between engineering, sales and operations.

This hands-on leader will drive voice-of-customer programs, craft the roadmap, set pricing and packaging, and enable channel sales. Onsite in Houston, you will shape the go-to-market and ensure alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or leadership in HVAC or building products.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven track record from market requirements through launch.
• Deep understanding of HVAC value chain and channel partners.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own the product-management system end-to-end for the commercial HVAC line.
• Drive voice-of-customer programs and market-driven requirements.
• Develop product roadmap strategy, go-to-market, pricing, and channel enablement.
