Job summary

Narmi is seeking a senior product leader who has steered product and design at high-growth B2B/fintech companies. You’ll own multi-year vision, align roadmaps with revenue goals, and partner across Sales, CS, and Engineering to accelerate growth.

You’ll collaborate with design, lead a high-performing team, and drive execution while shaping strategy for how millions interact with their money.

Qualifications

• Led product (and ideally design) at a high-growth B2B or fintech company.
• Expertise with US banking through direct experience at a bank, credit union, neobank or vendor.
• Shipped real products and drove cross-functional delivery.
• Strong product taste with a deep respect for design and user experience.
• Understands how product connects to revenue and business impact.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making tough calls with imperfect information.
• Able to push back on founders and executives with trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and translate it into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to align priorities with goals.
• Represent Narmi’s product to customers, prospects, and partners; drive innovation.
• Lead Product and Design as a single system and manage high-performing teams.
• Drive execution, shipping quality products on schedule and removing blockers.
• Work cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities and scale the business.
