• Lead multi-team design org transforming live-servicing tools into AI-assisted workflows.
• Govern and evolve internal design system and component library for consistency and speed of delivery.
• Design new internal authoring, governance, and workforce management platforms for business stakeholders.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing team of designers and design leads, fostering excellence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to shape roadmaps and articulate design value.
