Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Design for Bank Self-Servicing Design within the Experience Design organization in New York. You will lead a high-performing team, scale AI-enabled self-service experiences, and drive multi-channel strategies across product, data, and technology partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and human-centered design to elevate customer trust and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• 3+ years of leading design teams.
• Experience across UX/UI, strategy, content and research.

Responsabilités

• Lead a cross-disciplinary design team and collaborate with research, Product and Tech leadership.
• Define design strategy that informs the organization’s higher-level vision and business goals.
• Oversee multi-channel service design projects and drive high-impact outcomes.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, marketing and analytics to shape roadmaps and operating models.
