Qualifications

• At least 10 years leading product design teams
• At least 3 years managing managers
• Experience across UX, UI, strategy, content and research
• Experience partnering with executives across multiple lines

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy across frontline servicing platforms and tools
• Lead AI co-pilot evolution for live servicing tools
• Govern and evolve internal design system
• Design end-to-end internal authoring and governance platforms
• Scale and mentor a multi-team design organization
