Job summary

Endless Studios in the United States seeks a Head of Product - Community Platform to own the platform thesis and roadmap for a multi-stakeholder ecosystem including learners, studios, colleges, and employers.

You will translate diverse needs into APIs, credential graphs, and learning orchestration, while driving participation and belonging at scale. This is a senior IC/lead role focused on strategy and hands-on product leadership, not building a large PM team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in platform-level product management across multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
• Ability to drive strategy from long-term vision to immediate execution.
• Proven track record influencing cross-functional teams without direct reports.
• Experience with community platforms and online collaboration.
• Strong communication and narrative-building skills for diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform thesis & roadmap to enable a multi-stakeholder ecosystem (learners, studios, colleges, credential issuers, employers).
• Align with Learning Experience vision to deliver an always-on learning program.
• Design community platform systems: reputation, portfolios, credentials, pathways at scale.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across stakeholders while maintaining trust.
• Drive web-product velocity with data-driven discovery, iteration, and metrics.
• Translate ecosystem needs into platform capabilities (APIs, credential graph, learning orchestration).
• Lead participatory design through rapid prototyping and user research.
• Design for organic growth, encouraging peer invitations and project sharing.
