Endless Studios is seeking an Engineering Lead to own the technical direction and day-to-day engineering operations of a global web platform. This hands-on role blends deep technical work with team and delivery management, including architecture decisions, code standards, QA, and AI-assisted development.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, drive agile processes, and manage a distributed team across US, Mexico, Middle East & India.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software development experience.
• 2+ years engineering team management experience.
• 1+ years experience using AI technologies in professional context.

Responsibilities

• Drive code standards and technical architecture norms.
• Own technical/engineering roadmap and architecture.
• Lead day-to-day agile engineering processes and sprint ceremonies.
• Translate product requirements into actionable engineering work.
• Provide input to VP Engineering on technical strategy and team needs.
• Validate work in progress against requirements and product intentions.
• Translate product requirements into well-defined engineering tickets and priorities.
