Qualifications

• Strong product management experience with ownership of a meaningful product or platform.
• Experience owning a product area from discovery to launch.
• Background in learning, community, or creator platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user engagement and product mechanics to drive participation.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful product area from strategy and discovery through launch, iteration, and measurement.
• Build digital experiences that help learners create, collaborate, participate in projects, build portfolios, demonstrate skills, and connect with peers and mentors.
• Evolve learning experiences into a more always-on community platform.
• Design and test features that drive activation, engagement, retention, and belonging.
• Conduct user discovery with learners, educators, and community members and translate insights into product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to prototype, experiment, iterate, and ship.
• Navigate needs of learners, educators, universities, creators, studios, and industry partners.
• Use data and real-world behavior to inform priorities and measure success.
• Explore how AI can increase creativity, participation, learning, and user agency.
• Bring structure and strong product judgment to a growth-oriented environment.
