Job summary

Constant Contact seeks a Manager of Product Data & Analytics to lead a high-impact team of product analysts. You will drive understanding of why metrics change and shape the product roadmap alongside leaders in Product, Design, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Finance.

You will elevate analytics through AI-native workflows, rigorous experimentation, and clear data storytelling to inform strategic decisions and achieve business growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or decision science.
• 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership in a tech environment.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Proficiency with SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product analysts.
• Drive strategic product decisions with product, engineering, and business leaders.
• Investigate root drivers of metric movements and separate product effects from exposure changes.
• Ensure rigorous statistical standards and experimental design across evaluations.
• Oversee KPI definitions, telemetry standards, and data governance.
