Constant Contact is seeking a highly technical Director of MarTech Operations to own data infrastructure, tracking architecture, and signal integrity across our marketing technology stack. This role spans data engineering, marketing tech, and performance marketing to ensure reliable data flows and actionable insights.

You will audit systems, define standards, and stay hands-on with implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Lead data lineage and end-to-end data fluency across MarTech stack
• Hands-on tracking experience with tag managers and server-side tracking
• Strong ability to troubleshoot data issues across CRM, warehouse, and advertising platforms

Responsabilidades

• Own End-to-End Data Flows across MarTech ecosystem (website, tracking, data warehouse, CRM, ads)
• Trace data lineage and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Establish QA and monitoring to ensure data integrity
• Own tracking architecture (Tealium, pixels, event tags) and integrations
• Optimize data infrastructure with Snowflake, Airbyte, and reverse ETL tools
