Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 7 years analytics experience or Master's with 5 years.
• At least 5 years of professional data analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Refining a new Enterprise-wide analytical tools validation framework and planning validation projects.
• Assessing the quality and risk of analytical tool methodologies across Capital One and tool usage within processes.
• Independently researching and prototyping industry best practices for analytical tools.
• Communicating results clearly via validation reports and presentations.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
