Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience in fintech or SaaS.
• Proven experience managing product managers and designers.
• Technical ability to understand system design.
• Fluency with AI as a product capability.
• Conceptual depth with AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across AR, AP, and analytics.
• Manage a team of product managers and designers.
• Collaborate with PMs to refine PRDs.
• Define and own the future product vision.
• Implement AI thoughtfully across products.
• Establish best practices for product operations.
