Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Supplier Development Specialist to support new parts development for PE systems. This role involves ensuring parts meet quality standards and cost targets by collaborating closely with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience in the automotive industry and a background in new product introduction are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.
• 2+ years in NPI, Supplier Development, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Technical understanding of EV motors and their components is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with part development and implementations for assigned projects.
• Conduct detailed project plans and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Provide management reporting on critical project tasks.

Skills
