Job summary

One Park Financial is seeking a Privacy & Data Governance Director to strengthen and run our privacy program. The role will shape controls across Salesforce, AWS, and partner tools, setting rules for data classification, retention, anonymization, and deletion.

You will work with Legal, Risk, Operations, Engineering and IT/Security to align with regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in privacy and data governance, with strong governance, policy development, and

Qualifications

7+ years in privacy, data governance, information security compliance or related field.
At least 3 years in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
Knowledge of US privacy and record-retention requirements (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, ECOA/Reg B, BSA/AML, state breach laws).
Experience building or enhancing a privacy/data governance program (classification, inventories, retention).
Understanding de-identification, pseudonymization, and deletion methods.

Responsibilities

Own data classification policy and governance across systems and data flows.
Maintain privacy policies and standards aligned with law and partner requirements.
Run privacy impact assessments for products, systems, and vendors.
Assist with SOC 2 audits and regulatory exams.
Lead retention programs including schedules, holds, and disposal.
Collaborate with Engineering on retention/deletion controls in production.
