Job summary

Quantum Sports & Entertainment in partnership with the City of Orlando seeks a Venues Operations Division Manager to lead strategy, performance, and operational excellence for Orlando’s premier venues, including Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, Leu Gardens, and the Mennello Museum of American Art.

You will oversee building operations, engineering systems, event conversions, maintenance, custodial services, and major capital projects, directing a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven+ years in venue operations leadership.
• Experience leading multi-department teams in large public assembly venues.
• Strong background in safety, compliance, and guest experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for maintenance, engineering, changeover, custodial, building systems, and facility operations.
• Direct planning and execution of preventive maintenance, repairs, and long-range asset management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering safety, accountability, and customer service.
• Oversee vendor performance, negotiate service agreements, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage divisional operating and capital budgets for public venues.
• Manage capital improvement projects with architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure venues are event-ready to host sports, concerts, and large civic events.
• Establish KPI dashboards and performance standards to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Collaborate with executive management and external partners for seamless event delivery.
