Job summary

Quantum Sports + Entertainment partners with the City of Orlando to identify a visionary Venues Operations Division Manager. This senior leader will set strategy for maintenance, engineering, and facilities across Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, Leu Gardens, and the Mennello Museum of American Art, ensuring peak guest experiences at major events.

You will direct a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while delivering safe, reliable, and exceptional event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with senior venue operations leadership experience.
• 7+ years in venue operations, including large teams and budgets.
• Experience in professional sports/entertainment venue environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for maintenance, engineering, changeover, custodial, building systems, and facility operations across all City of Orlando venues.
• Direct preventive maintenance, repairs, and asset management programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and safety culture.
• Oversee vendor performance and service agreements.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets.
• Manage capital improvement and facility renewal projects.
• Ensure venues are event-ready for sports, concerts, etc.
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with event ops, security, and promoters to execute events.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety and risk management.
