Job summary

Teamflect LTD. is seeking a PR and communications lead to build earned media around US HR and enterprise tech audiences. Fully remote, full-time, reports to the VP of Marketing, guiding strategic narrative and executive positioning.

You will grow journalist relationships, lead thought leadership, and coordinate milestone launches with a balance of paid media when appropriate, delivering consistent visibility across channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PR or media relations with a portfolio of earned coverage for B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong US journalist network across editors and reporters.
• Proven results placing executives in interviews, bylines, podcasts and conferences.
• Launch and milestone communications for multiple companies, ideally in startups/scale-ups.
• Writer editors trust; pitches are concise, newsworthy, and timely.
• Startup-speed judgment with ability to work independently without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Activate and grow relationships with journalists, editors and analysts across HR tech and Microsoft ecosystem press.
• Pitch stories, data angles and customer stories that earn coverage on merit.
• Secure interview opportunities for executives and prepare them with briefing notes and talking points.
• Develop a clear point of view for founders on performance management and Microsoft 365.
• Ghostwrite or co-write bylined articles and secure speaking slots at conferences, webinars and podcasts.
• Build a rolling 12-month communications calendar tied to product launches and milestones.
