MARA seeks a Director of Corporate Development to lead sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing powered land and digital infrastructure opportunities. This senior, transaction-driven role owns deals from site identification through diligence, interconnection, negotiation, and closing, with collaboration across finance, legal, engineering, permitting, and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end powered land acquisitions and related deal execution.
• Develop and review financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance).
• Prepare investment memoranda and present to senior management/the Board.
• Coordinate and mentor cross-functional deal teams across finance, legal, real estate, and engineering.
