Job summary

VinDynamics in Reno, NV is seeking a Head of Project Management and Operations to lead the US organization’s daily operations and drive efficiency across HR, Administration, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, and IT.

You will establish the PMO framework, govern cross-functional projects, and coordinate with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Data, Platform, Legal, and Executive Leadership, reporting to the Company President.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing operations, including PM and support functions.
• Experience in technology, engineering, robotics, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record overseeing ops aligned with business objectives.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Comfortable exercising sound judgment in fast-scaling environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Governance mindset with adherence to policies and controls.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-function management.
• Clear communicator bridging technical and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the U.S. organization to drive efficiency.
• Lead Back Office & Operational Governance (40%).
• Supervise HR Manager on lifecycle management and onboarding.
• Establish and improve operational policies, SOPs, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, vendor payments, financial reporting, and coordination with outsourced accounting partners.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics for engineering, robotics, and IT operations.
• Drive PMO framework and project governance across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure readiness for new initiatives and overseas operations.
